The role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our NOUMENA Consulting team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on futuristic opportunities, dive into exciting projects, directly support the Senior Managers as well as our Leadership, and have the chance to develop your own consulting skills across a range of industries. You’ll be working closely with our clients, helping to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities of this role

Conduct market research to stay on top of industry and market trends
Anticipate changes, opportunities, and risks, and discuss these with clients
Work directly with clients to understand pain points and business problems, derive and validate hypotheses, and gather requirements to refine business cases and translate these into feasible solutions
Assist in preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and pitches that convey a compelling business narrative based on problem-solution-fit
Support in creating NOUMENA consulting team’s “Account & Go-To-Market Strategy” based on clients’ feedback and market developments
Help create proposals and start building your own sales pipeline
Take responsibility within the team and towards clients, and collaborate with team members to structure consulting frameworks
Take the opportunity to grow and build expertise in areas like blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized technology, and enterprise software solutions

Qualifications for this role:

Degree in economics, information systems, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, or a comparable course of study
Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, particularly within IT, digital transformation, or other tech-related fields
Background in financial services, real estate, and/or energy industry is preferred
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
A keen eye for detail and an ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly
An understanding of business analysis and how to translate business insights into technical requirements
Proficiency in creating professional presentations
Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A basic understanding of or interest in new technologies, such as blockchain and digital assets, is advantageous
Being based in Germany is a plus, ideally in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia
