NOUMENA completes sale of its stake in beeboard to strategic investors

Beeboard is a joint venture founded by Drees & Sommer, Instone, and NOUMENA DIGITAL. As part of its longer term business focus and product strategy, NOUMENA DIGITAL completed the sale of its shares in beeboard to Drees & Sommer and Instone, the two strategic investors of beeboard.

Drees & Sommer, Instone, and NOUMENA DIGITAL worked closely together to design, develop, and launch beeboard, a user-centric SaaS product for process modeling and project orchestration focused on the construction industry. Noumena built the beeboard system using the Noumena Platform, a highly performant and scalable backend technology based on Noumena Smart Protocols Today, six months after the launch, beeboard has eight clients and 800+ users.
